All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Long Beach, California and each order will receive tracking information that will automatically be delivered to you via email.
Due to COVID-19, shipping and handling times may be delayed as we work diligently to keep our staff safe and healthy during this unprecedented time.
Domestic Customers: Once your orders have shipped, customers in the continental U.S. can generally expect delivery within 3-5 business days. Please consult your tracking, or if you have any questions, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to assist you however possible.
International Customers: All duties and taxes are now calculated at the time of purchase to enable us to get these delivered door to door, with our shipping partners DHL and APC. If you're an international customer, a widget should be presenting itself to you upon your arrival to the site, letting you know the duties and tax rules and thresholds specific to your country's rules and regulations. These duties and taxes will be added to your shipping at time of purchase, and we will prepay those duties and taxes on the label so that your goods don't get hung up waiting for additional payment at the customs office.
APC is our economy option. APC works directly with the primary postal carriers and couriers in your country to get your package delivered as efficiently and (hopefully) headache free as possible. It is not quite as lightening fast as DHL, but we are pleased to be able to offer this service as an economical international solution.
DHL is our premium shipping option, with fast delivery and enhanced tracking capabilities. They are world respected for their global shipping logistics and will get you your package safely and quickly!
While we will absolutely do what we can to fix any issues that may occur, please be patient, as getting responses on cross border tracing issues can be difficult and costly.
